We don’t wash our hands-off and do follow-ups to see the positive outcome of our training and company’s goals and objectives. We would love to see return of investments (ROI) through long-term business relationship.

Besides, our programmes are HRDF claimable.

Since our primary objective is to establish an effective and a highly successful long term business relationship with our clients, providing personal attention to their training and human resources development needs and strategies, we therefore commit ourselves to provide cost effectiveness through regular or continuous in-house

Package and Fees:

For a period of 12 months, a fee of RM 30,000.00 shall be charged for a total of 12 training sessions.

1)This cost can be claimed from the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) as the fee is just RM 2,500.00 per session. (We are still very much open to price negotiations; based on number of training days assigned to us per year or a longer-term package)

2) In addition, in pursuit of a long-term relationship, the package includes:

i) i) Two (2) Reviews and consultancy visits to the company, from 9.30am until 12.30pm. The purpose is to meet the Human Resources Manager or the Training Manager/Executive or even with the course participants and their superiors to do a post-training evaluation. This evaluation can be used to study the effectiveness of courses held and also for enhancement on future programs. These processes could be eventually used part of the Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
ii) Two (2) succinct yearly reports per year will be submitted.
iii) Training materials to support the training shall be provided for a maximum of 24 participants.
Note: 1) If out of Klang valley, additional charges for hotel accommodation and mileage will be included (to be discussed & negotiated).
2) For any other training, development or project matters; separate fees shall be included.
