About SHAMINI VIDYADARAN
She is a Training Consultant with Zeus Global Resources and QHRD. She has a Master in Business Administration (Information Technology) from University of Central Lancashire, United Kingdom and a degree in Business Studies from University of Glamorgan, United Kingdom. She also obtained Certification in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) from Open and Distance Learning Council (i-to– i), United Kingdom.
Upon graduation, she began her working career as an Advertising Officer with Mines Resort City, Malaysia. After 2 years of Public Relation and advertising work, Shamini left for the UK in order to further her Masters. She realised her passion for training while she was pursuing her Masters, as she was working part-time with a Telemarketing company called Reality PLC. Upon graduation, she applied for the post of a Trainer. She trained and coached new recruits as well as existing telemarketers on product knowledge, coaching, customer service, selling techniques and product warranties. During her tenure ship in Reality she won numerous awards such as awarded the Best Advisor for Best Average Order Value on Abound catalogue 2004, awarded Most Enthusiastic Advisor for the Telemarketing Department 2003 and Certificate for Valuable Contribution on Conversion

After working for more than 2 years in United Kingdom, she had a great desire to pursue her training and coaching passion in her home country. She joined HSBC, Cyberjaya as an Assistant Manager in Training with the Projects and Planning department. In the 5 years with the company she mastered Coaching, Language training, Management and Leadership trainings. To name a few awards she was honoured with Merit Award for Rewards and Recognition for Projects & Planning department, chosen to receive the Deferred Cash Incentive (Staff retention programme) and Certificate of Excellence as the 3rd Floor Sub Committee Head of Sports and Social Club
Shamini joined Zeus Global Resources in 2009 and is also a Consultant with QHRD. Shamini brings into her classes her prior exposure to the Advertising and Marketing world together with her wealth of experience in the field of Training and Coaching by presenting it in a nicely balanced perspective to her participants. She is typically invited to conduct programmes on Language skills, Customer Service, Coaching and Management programmes.
Clients that have benefited from Shamini’s consulting or training sessions are Shell, Petronas, Standard Chartered, IBM, Manpower and Berjaya Group.
She is a firm believer of empowering people to greater heights by providing them with the right kind of training, coaching and tools.
Currently she is training a group of indigenous students (Orang Asli) on every Thursdays for a period of six months at a training centre in Rawang; her social contribution to training and developing these young Malaysian youths.
